Susan has written menus, trained staff and opened restaurants, health food cafes and juice bars in over a dozen venues on the East and West coasts. She serves as a private chef for special events and retreats and is currently producing and cooking up several farm to table events in Miami.

Having spent more than 15 years working in and managing restaurants, bars, juice bars and yoga studios, Susan simultaneously earned degrees and certifications in Holistic Health specializing in juicing and detoxification and Nutritional Coaching.  

You name it, Susan has worked in all types of venues! From Michelin star restaurants, exclusive fast paced Hollywood clubs, Fenway park sports bars, high-end private spas and relaxed yoga studio environments and alters the training experience to suit the clientele. Having trained one-to-one with mentor Danny Meyer opening several premier Manhattan restaurants, Susan developed a profound respect for impeccable service and warm hospitality that she instills in all the staff she trains. 

Nowadays Susan combines all aspects of her service industry experience both front of house and back of house with health and nutrition in a boutique consulting manner. 

Designing deliciously gorgeous raw & health food menus, cold-pressed juice menus and detox cleanses for superior health, superfood smoothie menus, training staff as nutrition educators who offer sincere amazing service, branding and sourcing local artisan ingredients are just a few of the aspects Susan is passionate about sharing.
